Walking the path of transformation — from preparation to integration.
“Psilocybin doesn’t give you anything you didn’t already have. It removes what’s in the way.”
If you’re here, something in you is probably stirring — a curiosity, a calling, a quiet voice that says I’m ready for something more.
Maybe you’ve read the science, or maybe you’ve simply felt the pull toward deeper healing.
At Attitude Lane, a guided psilocybin journey isn’t about escaping reality.
It’s about coming home to it — with more clarity, compassion, and courage than before.
Below, you’ll find what to expect along the way: from your first conversation to the weeks of integration that follow.
1. The Invitation: A Call Toward Change
Every journey begins with a conversation — a simple, pressure-free call where we explore what’s drawing you to this work.
You might be seeking peace after grief, direction after burnout, or expansion after years of holding it all together.
There’s no rush here. Readiness matters. Your “yes” should come from a grounded place, not from hype or hurry.
Whether you schedule your session right away or take time to reflect, that first call marks the beginning of your walk down Attitude Lane.
2. Preparation: Getting Ready to Meet Yourself
Pre-Journey Sessions
Before the medicine day, we meet for one or more preparation sessions (in-person or online).
Together we explore:
- Intention. What’s calling for healing or awareness?
- History. Your background, medications, and experiences that may shape your journey.
- Mindset. The patterns you’re ready to loosen.
- Comfort tools. Breath, music, body awareness, and small anchors that help you stay present.
Preparation isn’t about performance — it’s about familiarity.
By the time you arrive, you’ll know what to expect, who will be there, and how to move with trust rather than fear.
Home Practice
Between sessions, you may receive optional reflection prompts or small focus practices — gentle ways to start shifting awareness and softening the nervous system.
Many clients notice early changes: more calm, new insights, subtle rewiring even before the medicine day.
3. Set & Setting: Building the Container
Set is your internal state — your mindset and emotional readiness.
Setting is the external environment — the room, music, temperature, lighting, and overall safety.
Creating the Space
Your session space is curated for comfort: soft lighting, blankets, plants, calm surroundings, and nourishing snacks.
Every element signals safety to your nervous system so you can fully surrender.
Sound as a Guide
Music mirrors the natural rhythm of the psilocybin experience —
a gentle beginning, a deep middle, and a soothing return.
You can bring personal songs, but most people relax into the curated flow.
The Role of the Guide
As your facilitator, my job isn’t to direct or interpret your experience — it’s to hold space, protect safety, and remind you that you are the guide within.
Sometimes that means silence, sometimes a gentle prompt: breathe, you’re safe, keep allowing.
4. The Journey: The Medicine at Work
A psilocybin session typically lasts four to six hours and often unfolds in three main phases.
Opening
Physical sensations may arise — warmth, tingling, lightness. Colors sharpen, sounds deepen. You begin to move from thinking to sensing.
Expansion
The analytical mind softens. Emotions, memories, and images surface.
You might meet joy, grief, forgiveness, or pure wonder.
This is where your preparation helps you breathe, stay curious, and trust the intelligence of the experience.
“Whatever comes up, you’re not stuck — you’re in process.”
Revelation & Release
Insights arrive like waves. You may cry, laugh, or feel infinite connection.
Your guide remains present and grounded — ensuring your body and spirit feel safe while you explore new layers of awareness.
Return
As the medicine fades, most people describe peace, gratitude, and awe.
We’ll take time for tea, nourishment, and gentle conversation — anchoring what just unfolded before you head home to rest.
5. Integration: Turning Insight Into Action
Integration bridges the extraordinary and the everyday.
It’s where new awareness becomes embodied change.
The First 24 Hours
After your journey, the nervous system is open and tender.
Rest. Journal. Hydrate. Avoid overstimulation and give yourself permission to simply be.
Integration Session
Within a few days, we’ll meet again to unpack the experience:
What stood out? What feels different? What does your life want to look like from here?
There’s no rush to define meaning — understanding often arrives in layers.
My role is to help translate insight into real-world shifts that last.
Ongoing Support
For those wanting to continue the work, Attitude Lane offers:
- Integration coaching — grounding insights into action.
- Microdosing with Intention — a six-week program with weekly calls and mindset toolkits (psilocybin not included).
- Breathwork integration — using the body to complete emotional cycles.
Integration is where you discover that the journey wasn’t just a single day — it’s a new way of living.
6. The Attitude Lane Difference
Grounded, Not Woo-Woo
This is deep work, not dogma.
You’ll find science, psychology, and spirituality woven together with practical compassion.
Empowerment First
The goal isn’t dependence on the medicine or the guide — it’s your own self-trust.
You are the expert of your inner world; the facilitator simply helps you remember.
Preparation = Safety
Equal emphasis on preparation and integration ensures your journey unfolds within a stable, supported framework.
Lived Experience
You’ll be guided by someone who’s walked through transformation personally — through love, loss, and renewal — and knows how to hold space for real human depth.
7. After the Journey: Common Reflections
“I feel lighter.”
“I finally forgave myself.”
“It’s like my brain rebooted.”
“I trust life again.”
Every story is unique, but the common thread is remembering.
Remembering love, possibility, belonging, peace.
Psilocybin doesn’t add something new; it helps remove the noise that covered what was already true.
8. Is This Work Right for You?
Psilocybin isn’t for everyone. Some find what they need in therapy or meditation; others feel unmistakably called to this path.
If you’re feeling that call, start by listening — ask questions, learn, and tune into your readiness.
When you’re ready, I’ll meet you there: grounded, honest, and fully present.
“The desire to awaken, to grow, to live with more love and awareness
— that desire is already proof that change has begun.”
