This isn’t alternative. It’s revolutionary.

How Psilocybin Works

Neither plant nor animal, the mushroom belongs to its own brilliant kingdom—fungi, nature’s underground internet. Its mycelial network hums with communication and connection, much like psilocybin lighting up new conversations inside the brain. A reminder that intelligence isn’t just in our heads—it’s woven through everything.

When psilocybin enters the system, it encourages neurons to loosen their grip on routine. The usual ringleader—the default-mode network—takes a back seat, and regions that rarely interact start talking. Serotonin receptors activate, the brain becomes unusually interconnected, and new perspectives begin to form. In that neurological pause, patterns soften, insight slips through, and reality shows a few more dimensions than it does on an average Tuesday.

In the days that follow, integration turns that insight into structure. Reflection, rest, and deliberate practice help the brain strengthen circuits tied to clarity and calm instead of old stress loops. Think of integration as post-journey muscle memory—the mind’s way of locking in the upgrade. Curiosity may start the evolution, but what you practice afterward makes it real.

Hi! I'm Cheri...

Founder and Facilitator at Attitude Lane

My path into this work began during a time of big change — the kind that rearranges everything you thought you knew. Through a long practice of listening and evolving, life found its balance again—simpler, truer, more spacious. The more I paid attention, the more I saw how awareness changes everything it touches. My work now is an extension of that discovery: helping people create space for their own evolution with honesty, curiosity, and care.

As a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon, I blend neuroscience, self-awareness, and genuine presence to help people reconnect with themselves and what matters most. My background in breathwork, retreats, and guiding couples through honest communication adds a grounded, experiential dimension to this work, bridging insight with real connection.

Attitude Lane is simply that in motion — a space to slow down, feel deeply, and realign with yourself.

Philosophy

Healing is not something to perform. It is something to feel. Not to explain, but to embody.

This work is not about reaching for some perfect state. It is about honoring your truth, whatever it looks like in the moment.

What happens here is not about big breakthroughs or dramatic releases. It is about subtle shifts, quiet knowings, and the slow, steady return to yourself.

The work is not fast. It is not flashy. But it is real. And you will be met with presence every step of the way.

Mission

Attitude Lane exists to support those ready to walk a different path-one that unravels old conditioning and honors who you truly are.

I help individuals shift outdated patterns, reconnect with their inner compass, and embody new ways of being.

Through grounded support, intentional practices, and mindset work, I walk alongside you as you take the lane less patterned-one step, one choice, one breakthrough at a time.

Credentials, Training, and Values

I bring years of experience in facilitation, inner work, and transformation—both lived and trained. My approach blends science and soul, drawing from trauma-informed care, ethical psychedelic facilitation, and grounded emotional presence.

At the heart of my work is deep respect for each person’s story and pace. I view every client as the expert of their own experience; my role is to offer perspective, structure, and safety so their inner intelligence can lead.

Guiding Values

  • Integrity & transparency — clear, honest communication.
  • Emotional attunement — presence that meets each moment.
  • Cultural humility — honoring every lived perspective.
  • Consent & collaboration — centering your agency and choice.
  • Embodied awareness — turning insight into lived change.

This work asks for honesty, curiosity, and a little courage

—and I’m here for all of it.

The result is a space that feels both structured and spacious:

steady enough to hold you, open enough for transformation.

Not Sure Where to Start?

That is completely okay. Many people begin with curiosity and a sense that something needs to shift — even if they are not yet sure what that is.

You are invited to take the first step that feels right for you.

Let’s explore what this work could look like for you.
